Meet your Alignment Auntie
I'm Tiana.
I've always known I move through the world a little differently. What I didn't always know was how to trust it.
For a long time, I answered uncertainty by doing more, proving more, and pushing past what my body and intuition were telling me. Eventually, I realized how far that had taken me from myself.
Human Design gave me language for things I'd already felt: how my energy moves, how I make decisions, when to initiate, when to wait, and what resistance can be trying to tell me. It helped me stop treating my differences like problems to push through and start learning how to work with them. Alignment Auntie grew from that return.
Today I bring together Human Design, Reiki, intuitive guidance, and grounded strategy to help you hear yourself and move in your own way.
